Develop Our People: The Y-CIA Movement
At the heart of the Community Integrity and Heritage Support Initiative (CIHSI) lies the belief that the greatest agents of change are the people themselves. Our “Develop Our People” framework is designed to transform every community member into a committed and capable leader, driving positive change from the grassroots level.

The Yoruba Community Integrity Agent (Y-CIA)
Every individual who joins CIHSI is commissioned as a Yoruba Community Integrity Agent (Y-CIA). This is not just a title; it is a declaration of commitment to the integrity governance movement and a call to action.

Who is a Y-CIA? The ranks of the Y-CIA are inclusive, comprising Youths above 13, and Adults of any age, both male and female. As Commissioned Agents, Y-CIAs are tasked with advancing “Home Grown problem solutions” for the welfare of the people in their local environment.
